There are many ways for you to stay informed on issues related to quality, affordable health care for every man, woman, and child. Sometimes opportunities to Get Involved and make a difference happen very quickly, so staying connected is important. Here are some ideas that could be helpful:

• Get Email Updates to stay up to date on changes to assistance programs and options, laws and regulations, and opportunities to speak up or get involved.
  
  
• Become a Member of the Coalition, Maine’s largest consumer coalition, representing thousands of Maine people, businesses, and organizations concerned about out-of-control costs and disappearing benefits.
  
  
• Publications are produced every year by our organization on health care related topics.
  
  
• Press Releases are submitted regularly from our organization on a wide variety of health care related issues and news.
  
  
• Attend important trainings and events to educate yourself on coverage options or how to support quality, affordable health care for all. Most events happen during or around the legislative session.
