Services has been using
the following new Federal
Poverty Levels (FPL) to determine
eligibility for MaineCare

year may be now if their countable
monthly income is below the
new guidelines.
Please
keep in mind that often there
are income exclusions or deductions
that may lower the monthly
countable income for some
