in Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan
There are
several thousand uninsured Mainers with
pre-existing conditions who are eligible to enroll
in PCIP, a subsidized insurance plan created to
help people with certain illnesses afford health
coverage. PCIP is administered by the Dirigo
Health Agency (DHA).
